RIP Bunnahmobile, 1998 to 2008

The Bunnahmobile, first car of Bunnah and beloved companion to many, died of complications from a deficient alternator early Sunday morning. She was 10.

The blue Saturn SL-2 with moon roof and tape deck was born outside of Doylestown, Pennsylvania. She lived for a short time under the care of her first owner before being purchased by Bunnah.

Known for breaking down, pieces falling off, and generally being ornery at the worst possible moments, Bunnahmobile lived a life of average speed but extraordinary moments. She traveled as far south as North Carolina; as far north as Rhode Island; as far east as the Jersey shore; and as far west as Indianapolis. However, her 130,000+ miles during life were largely spent on I-81 and I-95 as she traveled to and from Virginia Tech.

She somehow kept her grace and dignity while enduring travesties such as being riddled with crappy stickers for bands like Megadeth as Bunnah tried to find her musical taste.

During the last year of her life, Bunnahmobile seemed stricken with ailment after ailment. With news of a dying alternator, she spent the last month relaxing at her home, ready for the almighty lift to take her to her final resting place. In her will, she has chosen to donate her body to a worthy charity.

Bunnahmobile is survived by her long-time companion Jeep Cherokee, Katie B. In lieu of flowers, please send donations to the Bunnah and Jazz Need a New Car fund.
